Welcome to FUMC Kids!

Our Children’s department has lots of exciting activities planned throughout the school year, here is a quick overview on our programs during the school year.

SUNDAY SCHOOL
Meets every Sunday from 10 am to 10:45 in the children’s wing. Opportunity for children from the same grade level to come together and experience Bible stories in many different ways.

BIBLE ZONE
Is our Wednesday afternoon program, that starts at 3:45pm – 5:15pm and is followed by children choirs. Ages 4 years to 5th grade participate in a variety of activities that focus on building a meaningful relationships with family, friends and most importantly, Jesus Christ.

PRAYER & SHARE
Is an activity lead by Cindy Goodfellow, which includes all 3rd – 5th grade students sharing joys, concerns in a  group setting, helping each other to learn how to
improve their faith skills. Prayer & Share is held once a month during the school year from 5:30- 6:30PM.

PARENTS NIGHT OUT
Is an opportunity for Parents to enjoy dinner and a movie or just a quiet evening at home while we entertain the children with lots of games, crafts and a movie.
Dinner is served for the children. This is open to all ages and offered from 6 to 10 pm for times a year.(Valentines, end of school year, beginning of school year and Christmas).

PUMPKIN PLACE
Is our annual fundraiser for our Mother’s Day Out program and the Children’s department, Pumpkin Place is open the last two weeks of October. Please check the calendar or call #773-5269 for exact dates.

There are many more more activities such as Mother’s Day brunch, Easter Picnic, Terrific Thursdays, VBS etc that help us connect with each other here at church.
