Chancel Choir
Our Chancel Choir is for adult singers and provides music for the 11:00 am traditional worship each Sunday.  The choir meets for rehearsal each Wednesday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Choir Room.  Child care is provided for those who need it on the first floor of the main building.

The Wesley Choir
The Wesley Choir is also for adult singers and provides the music for the 8:30 worship service each Sunday.  Rehearsal begins at 8 a.m. each Sunday in the choir room.  Child care is available for those who need it during rehearsal, as well as during the worship service.

Mrs. Bales is also the director of the Conservatory Youth Choir at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton.  First UMC’s Youth Choir and the Conservatory Youth Choir sing together for our worship services twice each year.
This fall, the Youth Choir will be singing:
 - November 15th, 9:00 am and 11:00 am service with the UMHB Conservatory Choir

WHERE? First United Methodist’s upstairs corner classroom
WHEN? Wednesday afternoons – children share the time with Bible Zone activities (3:45 – 5:15)
WHY? To praise the Lord through song!
ALLELUIA SINGERS

WHAT? A choir designed just for children grades 2 through 5
WHO? Luann Hughes directs the Sonshine Singers, Dawna Mischtian assists
WHERE? First United Methodist’s choir room
WHEN? Wednesday afternoons after Bible Zone (4:45 – 5:30)
WHY? To praise the Lord through song!

Children can be picked up right after school from any Temple or Belton elementary school and brought to the church.
